Bimal Auto Tower is a contemporary commercial tower designed for Bimal Auto Agency in Bangalore. The project is conceived as a prominent corporate and automotive destination, bringing together office spaces and brand-led commercial functions within a compact vertical development.
The building is organised as a Ground + 16-floor structure, rising to approximately 55 metres. Its elevation is defined by a consistent floor-to-floor rhythm, creating a clean and disciplined vertical expression. The façade design aims to establish a strong identity for the client while responding to the scale and density of the surrounding urban context.
The tower incorporates a terrace level and lift machine room within the overall massing, maintaining a coherent skyline profile. The design focuses on efficient floor planning, a clear structural grid and a modern façade treatment suitable for a high-rise commercial building in Bangalore.
