Royal Phuket Marina

Set across approximately 200 rai (320,000 sq m), this ambitious resort masterplan is envisioned as a major leisure and hospitality destination on Phuket’s east coast. The development brings together eight hotels with more than 2,500 rooms, creating a diverse waterfront resort environment for both international visitors and local guests.

At the heart of the masterplan is a 30,000 sq m themed water park, supported by a marina with over 100 wet berths, a waterfront promenade inspired by the character of historic St. Tropez, and an 8,000 sq m beach bar designed as a lively social destination. Together, these amenities create a vibrant mix of hospitality, entertainment, retail and waterfront experiences.
