Conceived as a balanced integration of rehabilitation and premium sale residences, the project responds to the site's constraints while maximizing panoramic sea views, daylight, and spatial efficiency.
The design explores multiple planning strategies to optimize apartment layouts, circulation, and parking while creating a refined architectural expression. Generous living spaces, efficient podium planning, and a carefully articulated tower form establish a contemporary residential landmark that balances functionality with an elevated living experience in one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
