Every project completed by Access Architects is a physical manifestation of the company’s mission to provide infrastructural spaces that are path-breaking, innovative and of unparalleled quality. The Ruby, stands testament to this very mission. 

 

Constructed in 2008, for Ruby Mills & Rohan Lifescapes, The Ruby is one of the tallest commercial complexes in India. It is an independent structure, with one of the largest, column less floor plates (45000 sq.ft). This magnificent sea-facing property, provides a safe, secure and pleasant working environment with a multitude of facilities such as:

  • Multi-level basement parking spaces

  • Expansive and luxurious lobby area

  • High level of safety and security systems

  • Energy efficient mechanical and electrical equipment

  • Central air-conditioning

  • Adequate power and water supply

  • Connectivity to all major roads and public transport

 

Located at Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar; this project has contributed greatly to the upliftment of the area, which is fast blossoming into an industrial hub, that houses many of India’s top companies like Ernst and Young, Sharekhan and likes.
